Introduction

PIM IPX is a system that standardizes and IPs the logic design, system design, and software stack technologies of PIM semiconductors. It integrates fragmented PIM IPs developed or owned by each institution into a single system. PIM IPX builds a database of PIM core technology IPs and shares them with related research institutions through an open-source hub. This PIM IPX system can prevent duplication of costs in PIM research and development and shorten design time.
