Introduction

The PIM Semiconductor Design Research Center provides hardware (HW) and software (SW) platforms developed for measurement and verification of PIM semiconductor IPs. The PIM IP HW platform provides a platform with high universality through easy measurement/verification and high compatibility/performance. Through the PIM integration platform, the businessization period can be shortened by developing only the necessary parts of the full stack development of HW and SW that required a long time in the past, making it possible to commercialize products in a short time. The PIM IP SW platform supports rapid PIM system applications through compatibility with the HW platform and various deep learning frameworks.
